Flash Player Installation Instructions

Select the Download Flash Player button above. A dialogue box will appear asking you where to save the file.

1. Save it to your Desktop.
2. Locate the file on your desktop and double-click it to begin the installation.
3. Follow the prompts to install Adobe Flash. At the end of the installation you should be prompted to restart your computer. Please be certain to restart your computer prior to viewing Comcast.net again.
4. Once your computer has started again, confirm that you are able to sign in and to properly view the Comcast.net homepage.

If you are using another operating system please visit Adobe.com to download the Flash plugin for your operating system.

At this time, Adobe (formerly Macromedia) has not released a version of Flash for Mac OS 9. Because the new Fan utilizes features only available in Flash, Mac OS 9 customers will be unable to use the Fan. The rest of the Comcast.net site will continue to function as normal with Flash 7.
